ShinePro USA ("we", "us") operates a booking and lead-generation service for mobile car detailing. We connect customers with independent local detailing technicians. We do not perform detailing services ourselves.
Every technician listed through ShinePro is an independent contractor, solely responsible for the quality of their own work, their own equipment, scheduling, and pricing. ShinePro does not employ, insure, certify, or supervise technicians.
Always inspect your vehicle before paying. Payment goes directly to the technician. If you pay without inspecting, ShinePro is not responsible for the outcome.
All prices shown are "from" prices and may vary by vehicle condition, size, and location. The technician confirms the final price before starting work.
Submitting a booking form opens WhatsApp (or your email app) with your details pre-filled. Your information goes where you send it. We do not store booking details on our servers.
To cancel or reschedule, contact your technician directly via the WhatsApp number you booked through.
ShinePro connects customers with technicians but is not liable for any damage, loss, or dispute arising from detailing services. Any claims must be directed to the technician who performed the work.
Reviews on our site are real messages from customers, shared with permission. We never fabricate reviews.
